So some changes around the house and some big things to come! As of right now....Eric starts primary on Monday the 16th. Now with all things Marine Corps and Flight School, I'll believe it and it'll be official when he reports in.
We went yesterday and looked at base housing (which are actually off base). The houses were built back in the 1970s are in great shape. The leasing guy who was showing us around said that if bad weather hits he's coming to Whiting Pines because they've never had a problem with weather there. There's 3 different choices on homes. We saw the 4 bedroom 2 bath duplex that's nice, a 3 bedroom 2 bath older (hasn't been renovated) and a renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath.
We're probably moving in about 3-4 weeks. That will let Eric make it through most of primary ground school and give us a chance to have our house now rented back out.
We're off to Crystal River tomorrow to hang out with Nolan and his new wifey Melissa tomorrow for Nolan's birthday. I've never been but Eric has and he's soo excited to go back. He says it's gorgeous and a lot of fun.
I'll try and post more about Crystal River and my dad and momma Lee's visit along with Marvin and Tony's visit.
